CenterLine Precision Tube Bending, Inc., a Bay Area company that specializes in metal fabrication, tube bending, and tube coiling, is proud to be celebrating its 17th anniversary in July.  Lenaye J. Osborne, President, attributes the company's success to its skilled staff and high quality standards that assures clients of excellence in its products as demonstrated recently with the award of a major contract to manufacture railcar components used in light rail systems.



“From the time the material is ordered to the packaging of finished parts, all production is controlled by our internal quality assurance program to ensure precision, accuracy, and consistency with customer specifications,” Osborne said.  CenterLine Precision Tube Bending, Inc. has been in the industry since 1995, providing quality custom tubular parts for a wide variety of industrial and technical purposes, including the defense, medical, aerospace, communications, and transportation industries.



CenterLine Precision Tube Bending, Inc. custom manufactures parts of any complexity and can accommodate both large and small production runs.  It specializes in the bending and fabrication of small tubing.  "We work with specialty metals, such as oxygen-free copper, as well as refrigeration copper, stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon in various alloys,” said Osborne.  “Shapes include round tubing, square tubing, and rods.”  Production capabilities include mandrel bends, roll bends, coils, and flared-end, expanded-end, and beaded-end processes.  The company also offers consultation, design assistance, and reverse engineering.
